If anything happens within the time period of your warranty, bring it back to us and we will repair it at no cost to you.

With our optional 3 year 36,000 mile warranty you can have the peace of mind that for the next three years or thirtysix thousand miles of driving in your vehicle you don't have to worry about your transmission needing costly repairs. We believe so strongly in our rebuilds to offer this warranty, but if something does happen we are here to take care of it.

In the occasion that you may not be keeping the vehicle for much longer or possibly to save a few $$$, every one of our rebuilds comes standard with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Same as the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty, 100% of parts and labor for repairs needed within the first twelve months or twelve thousand miles.

LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT
D&M AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS INC. guarantees our rebuilt transmissions for the duration of time and mileage of the warranty purchased, whichever occurs first, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable. All warranty work must be done at the above location unless authorized by D&M before any work is performed. In any such case any claim made cannot exceed the cost of the rebuilt transmission price. This warranty covers only the rebuilt transmission and torque converter. This warranty does not cover such items as electrical switches, sensors, relays, modules, computers or wiring harness problems. D&M Transmissions will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. Including, but not limited to, towing fees, rental cars, and loss of work or down time. This warranty will be void if a problem is caused by an accident, plowing snow, or damage by mud or snow, overloading, misuse, abuse or unauthorized work done to the transmission.
